Our vehicles are sold AS-IS, with NO WARRANTY, unless we state that the newer model vehicles have remaining Factory Warranty. There are Companies out there that will offer a Warranty for an Additional Fee. Please let us no if you would like to be in contact with one of them.

All Vehicles sold by Texas Muscle Cars and its employees are sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied, unless the specific ad states that the vehicles has remaining Factory Warranty. We do our best to Accurately Describe each Vehicle, however, errors may arise. We do not guarantee any mileage. Although we are happy to give you the numbers off of the engine, transmission, etc., we do not guarantee that the "Numbers Match" on the vehicles. You are the purchaser are responsible for making the decision yourself. The purchaser is responsible for their own transportation and Texas Muscle Cars is not held responsible for the vehicle once it leaves our property. When purchasing a vehicle, if you the purchaser have a different opinion of the vehicle and did not inspect or send a third party inspector, or you inspect the car and change your opinion after the purchase, you, the purchaser, cannot hold Texas Muscle Cars responsible for your dissatisfaction. Please understand that we want each individual to be happy with their purchase, but are not responsible for varying opinions or changing opinions.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regards to its conflict of law provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, the State of Texas, United States of America, in all questions and controversies aristing out of your use of this site and this agreement.
