Our vehicles are sold AS-IS, with NO WARRANTY, unless we state that the newer model vehicles have remaining Factory Warranty. There are Companies out there that will offer a Warranty for an Additional Fee. Please let us know if you would like to be in contact with one of them.

All Vehicles sold by Texas Muscle Cars and its employees are sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied, unless the specific ad states that the vehicle has remaining Factory Warranty. We do our best to Accurately Describe each Vehicle, however, errors may arise. We encourage each potential buyer to inspect the vehicle of interest or to have a Third Party Inspector sent out. Although we are happy to give you the mileage off of the documentation or odometer, each vehicle that is 10 years and older, will be sold as Mileage Exempt per Texas Law. We do not guarantee any mileage. Although we are happy to give you the numbers off of the engine, transmission, etc., we do not guarantee that the "Numbers Match" on the vehicles. You the purchaser are responsible for making the decision yourself. The purchaser is responsible for their own transportation and Texas Muscle Cars is not held responsible for the vehicle once it leaves our property. When purchasing a vehicle, if you the purchaser have a different opinion of the vehicle and did not inspect or send a third party inspector, or you inspect the car and change your opinion after the purchase, you, the purchaser, cannot hold Texas Muscle Cars responsible for your dissatisfaction. Please understand that we want each individual to be happy with their purchase, but are not responsible for varying opinions or changing opinions.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regards to its conflict of law provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, the State of Texas, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this agreement.

N. Texas Muscle Cars, Inc., or Texas Muscle Cars, may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use. Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchase of vehicles and other uses of portions of this site and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

All prices quoted are plus applicable sales, tax, delivery fees, dealer services fees, license fees and title fees. You the purchaser are solely responsible for those fees. If you have any questions as to the amount of those fees, please contact us. We do NOT take deposits on vehicles, we do however take a non refundable partial payment and will hold a vehicle up to 7 business days while arrangements are made for the remainder of the payment. If after 7 business days you have not made full payment or have received a written waiver by Rick Prince or Rachael Cano, we will no longer hold the vehicle and no refund on the partial payment will be made. If the vehicle does not sell and you are able to get the remainder of the payment, we will deduct the partial payment off of the amount of the full payment.
